ANIMAL HEALTH ALERT: Canine Influenza H3N2 diagnosed in local dog in the San Gabriel Valley
Radiology
;

Radiograph, ultrasound technology, and CT scans are essential tools used by your veterinarian for diagnostic purposes, monitoring of disease progression, and support of various procedures.  All veterinarians at Animal Emergency Medical Center are trained in and routinely use these imaging modalities to help treat their patients.  However, it is beneficial to consult with a board-certified radiologist (Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology) who works exclusively in diagnostic imaging.  Expertise in this field is an invaluable tool in the veterinarians’ arsenal to best diagnose and treat your animal companion.  AEMC has in house ultrasound and radiograph interpretation available.  AEMC also utilizes a telemedicine service that provides 24 hour a day, 7 days a week review of radiographs and CT scans by a board-certified radiologist.

Services Available at AEMC:

  • Radiograph (x-ray)
  • Ultrasound
  • Fluoroscopy
  • CT helical scanner
  • 24 hour radiologist review of radiographs and CT scans
