After an initial examination is performed by one of the Animal Emergency Medical Center clinicians, he/she will provide you with a treatment plan and a staff member will present to you a financial estimate for the medical services recommended. The estimate will include a low end and a high end for costs of services and before moving forward with any type of treatment, we ask that a deposit equal to 100% of the low end be made, or we can take a pre-authorization on a credit card for the high end. We will not be able to provide medical treatments and services until a consent form is signed and a deposit/pre-authorization has been made. We understand that sometimes due to financial issues it may be necessary to provide you with multiple options on how to treat your pets’ condition.
